This is the most important question you can ask since you are putting your life (and possibly your bridal parties lives) in this companies hands. Make sure they have enough insurance to cover any accidents that could happen.

What do your drivers wear?

Make sure their attire matches the attire you would like the driver to wear. Be upfront about if their tuxedo may be a little to much or if the khaki pants may not be dressed up enough. See if they are willing to work with you for their attire and make sure it is written in the contract.
